Our room at Aparthotel Grodzka 21 wasnice and neat, providing a good night's sleep. We were kinda surprised by the quietness despite being in the heart of the city. The location was superb, with easy access to parking and close proximity to the old town. The staff, particularly Daria, were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for tours and breakfast options. We were also kinda surprised by how well-insulated the room was, as it blocked out any outside noise when the windows were closed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Kraków. It was so convenient to be in the pedestrian area and have easy access to all the attractions in Old Town. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the stylish furniture and the view of the garden. Plus, the breakfast included hot hard boiled eggs which was a nice touch.
Everything was great, nothing to improve.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being in the heart of the old town. We were able to easily access all the main attractions and were surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. we were just a short walk away from the old Jewish Quarters, where we discovered some amazing dining options.
The hotel did not provide parking facilities, but we knew this beforehand and there was nearby parking available about 200m away from the hotel.
